No Show Policy

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best care and respect the time of both our clients and providers, No1 MedSpa has implemented the following No-Show and Cancellation Policy.

Appointment Reminders

  • Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours prior via text or email.
  • A same-day reminder may also be sent 2–4 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late cancellations.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when:

  • The client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment
  • The appointment is cancelled within the 24-hour notice window
  • The client arrives 15 minutes or more late and the treatment can no longer be performed

Fees for No-Shows & Late Cancellations

The following fees will be charged to the card on file:

  • Facials / Injectables (Botox, Fillers): $100
  • Energy-Based Treatments (Ultherapy, XERF, BTL Devices, Cynosure Devices): $200

Deposit Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all treatments over $500.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your treatment if you attend your appointment.
  • The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Courtesy Waiver

  • Each client is eligible for one (1) courtesy waiver per year.
  • After the courtesy waiver is used, all fees will be strictly enforced.

Credit Card Authorization

By booking an appointment, you authorize No. 1 Med Spa to charge the credit or debit card on file for applicable no-show fees, late cancellation fees, or forfeited deposits in accordance with this policy.

Acknowledgement

By scheduling an appointment with No1 Med Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Show & Cancellation Policy.
